Mr. Walker has acted as lead litigation counsel and supporting member of a litigation team advising diverse corporate and individual clients on complex contract disputes and intellectual property matters. His courtroom experience includes acting as lead counsel in three trials before a jury; eight trials before a judge; and hearings of dispositive motions. Mr. Walker recently acted as lead counsel in a lawsuit before the Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, Georgia. The case ultimately went to trial before a jury that dismissed the opposing party's claims and awarded the client more than $75,000.00 for its counterclaim. In addition to litigation, Mr. Walker has successfully obtained a number of trademarks for a variety of different businesses.
