This Group is comprised of one Group Leader and two Co-Chairs, all attorneys selected from law firm members of The Gavel.
The Gavel Professional Liability Group is committed to providing Industry Professionals and Members of The Gavel with superior legal defense services, guidance and advice to navigate complex litigation, and to achieve results that exceed expectations in the pursuit of justice. The goal of the Group is to work collaboratively across a national network to share ideas and litigation strategies, and to improve the management of Professional Liability Claims. The Mission of the Group is to provide a nationally recognized, creative, and results-oriented defense team across a wide spectrum of specialties and to serve as a primary resource and partner in all aspects of the claims process.
