Gene F. Zipperle Jr., began his litigation career in 1988. Gene has been licensed in Indiana since 1989. Gene has litigated in the state and federal courts of Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio, and federal court in Florida and North Carolina. His current practice focuses on all aspects of fidelity and surety law, transportation litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Gene routinely speaks at conferences and practice seminars. He has published several articles in the Defense Research Institute publication “For the Defense”, as well as numerous trade publications on a variety of subjects. Gene is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section Fidelity & Surety Law Committee, Defense Research Institute Fidelity and Surety and Trucking Committees, Eastern Bond Claims Review, National Bond Claims Association, Transportation Lawyers Association Executive Committee, and other similar trade organizations.
