Daniel T. LeMasters is a Member of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC’s Charleston office. During his studies at the College of Law, Daniel served as an officer and member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association. Daniel was a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association’s trial competition team as well as the Steptoe & Johnson employment law trail competition team. Daniel also competed in the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association Lugar Cup. In his second year, Daniel was a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association Lugar Cup First Runner-Up Team. In his third year, Daniel was a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association Lugar Cup Champion Team. While in law school, Daniel was a member of the Clinical Law Program. Upon graduating from the College of Law, Daniel was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers, which is a national honorary organization for effective law school appellate moot court and mock trial.
Since joining Bailey & Wyant in 2012, Daniel has represented clients from across the United States with their West Virginia litigation matters. Daniel has had the pleasure representing clients ranging from major corporations to individuals from his home county of Mineral County, West Virginia. Daniel practices in multiple areas of the law. Daniel prides himself in providing zealous and efficient representation to the clients he works with to obtain results for them.
