Jennifer Bruder is a practiced civil litigation associate who defends clients against claims of negligence, premises liability, construction defect, and product defect throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC, Ms. Bruder represented clients in lawsuits involving personal injury and property damages arising out of a variety of allegations such as breach of the Consumer Fraud Act, violations of the Law Against Discrimination, negligence and medical malpractice.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Bruder worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Scott J. Moynihan, J.S.C. in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. While in law school she worked as a Legal Intern for the Bergen County Prosecutor´s Office in Hackensack, New Jersey.
