Associate Meagan Polk is an experienced insurance defense and subrogation attorney who handles all aspects of claims from inception to trial. Her ability to thoroughly analyze claims and evaluate potential exposure at the outset of a matter is matched by her litigation acumen, with a solid record of successful resolutions. Meagan builds strong and enduring relationships with her clients who appreciate her responsiveness and clear communications.
In addition to her insurance background, Meagan has also represented clients in family, criminal, probate, personal injury, and general civil litigation matters throughout East Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Meagan earned her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (n/k/a as Texas A&M University School of Law). While in law school, she worked full-time as a Deputy Clerk in the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth.
Outside of the office, Meagan enjoys preparing new recipes, traveling, and spending time with her nephews.
