Michael is a partner in the Firm and his primary area of practice is professional liability for architects and engineers. He regularly litigates claims ranging from small residential matters to complex commercial and public works projects. Michael also routinely assists designers in the negotiations of professional services agreements and advises clients on potential claims with the goal of avoiding litigation. In addition, he has experience in construction defect litigation, products liability and toxic tort cases, and commercial litigation.
Michael graduated cum laude from Creighton University and received his Juris Doctorate from Tulane University of Law. He was a member of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal and authored the Note, “Sea Worthiness Adapts to New Environment,” 25 Mar. Law 409.
Michael is a Fellow of the Louisiana Bar and a member of the Louisiana Bar Association Public Information Committee. Michael is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi and Louisiana State and Federal courts.
