Gary Gorday is the Managing Attorney of the firm's Pensacola office. With 40+ years of trial litigation experience and over a 100 Florida Jury verdicts serving as lead counsel for insurance carriers, Fortune 500 companies, self-insured businesses, and leading retailers and restaurant chains. Gary's practice is devoted largely to general negligence cases, auto, uninsured motorist suits, slip and falls, wrongful death, construction defect, product liability and declaratory judgment actions. He has also prepared coverage opinions for numerous insurance companies and responded to Civil Remedy Notices.

Gary received his Juris Doctor in 1979 and a Master of Law degree in Taxation (LL.M.) in 1980 from the University of Miami. Gary is admitted in Florida (1980) and to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
