Founded in 1996, O&S Associates is a full service consulting engineering firm that provides a variety of services to clients across the globe. Our team members have a vast array of expertise and experience offering a diverse list of skill sets to our clients in both the public and private sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering dependable project planning, no matter what the task. Our firm is made up of seasoned professionals who advocate on behalf of our clients with their best interests in mind. The O&S design team includes professional engineers and registered architects. Our engineering specialties include parking, MEP, structural, restoration, exterior envelope services, energy audits, façade law compliance, cogeneration, and HVAC. We also have experience in serving as expert witnesses, preparing property condition assessments, energy management audits, and facade/exterior wall assessment reports, as well as overseeing construction bidding, construction management, and document preparation.
