Jessica joined KPM LAW in 2011. Her practice focuses primarily on representing restaurants and retail establishments in premises liability matters in both federal and state court in Virginia. She also oversees local counsel and manages cases for her clients in Maryland, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Kentucky, West Virginia and North Carolina. Jessica is an active member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association. Prior to joining KPM LAW, Jessica spent three years practicing law in Northern Virginia. She earned her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was the student body president and captain of the National Trial Team. Prior to law school, Jessica attended the Pennsylvania State University where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Sociology and Journalism. Originally from Yardley, Pennsylvania, Jessica is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. Jessica lives in Glen Allen, Virginia with her husband Steve, and dog Maggie, whom they adopted from the Richmond SPCA
