Andres Baltodano, Esq. is a Senior Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office. His practice is devoted to defending against
complex bodily injury claims, automobile accidents, general liability, negligent security matters, wrongful death and
commercial trucking matters. This diverse experience has afforded him the opportunity to manage multiple Special
Investigation Unit projects, and enables him to work with a wide array of experts in his defense of all claims. Andres also
handles cases with allegations of sexual misconduct against employees. Andres has handled wrongful death roadway
construction cases involving MOT issues.
Andres earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, where he majored in both Political Science and
International Affairs, and thereafter, obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University. A native of Costa Rica,
he is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is admitted to practice law in all state and federal Florida courts.
