Ms. White received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish magna cum laude from DePauw University in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2002. While in law school, she was the managing editor of the United States-Mexico Law Journal. Ms. White served as a law clerk to Hon. James J. Wechsler, Chief Judge of the New Mexico Court of Appeals, before entering private practice in 2003.
Ms. White is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association. Her diverse litigation practice focuses primarily on the areas of civil rights, governmental liability, appeals, insurance coverage and bad faith, and premises liability.
