Adam C. Brandon, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Boston, Massachusetts office. He brings almost two decades of litigation experience in both state and federal court in Massachusetts and Florida. Adam focuses his practice on product liability, professional liability, construction defect and premises liability cases. He also handles, automobile negligence, trucking liability, workers’ compensation, adult living facilities, assisted living facilities, general liability and employment law matters.
Adam started his legal career in the government sector, spending three years as an Assistant Public Defender handling felony-level cases through trial. Following his time at the Public Defender’s Office, Adam transitioned to the private sector representing insureds, such as property management
companies, adult/childcare facilities, recreation venues, transportation providers, and builders/general contractors. He also worked as in-house counsel for a national insurance carrier.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University (2000). He obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2004). Adam is admitted in Florida (2005) and Massachusetts (2013). He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2022).
