Aaron grew up in Stoughton, Wisconsin, where his family ran an organic vegetable farm and one of the first community shared agriculture (CSA) programs in the state. The experience instilled in him a strong sense of community and the importance of sustainable practices.

After high school, Aaron attended Madison College where he initially pursued and obtained a technical diploma in small engine repair. Realizing his passion for broader studies, he completed his associate degree at Madison College and subsequently transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

In 2018, Aaron graduated magna cum laude from UW-Whitewater with a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Health Communication, along with a minor in Political Science, reflecting his interest in the intersection of health, business, and governance.

Following his graduation, Aaron began working at the Dane County Juvenile Reception Center as a Juvenile Court Intake Counselor. In this role, he made initial custody decisions for youth referred by law enforcement due to delinquency charges. His work involved close coordination with parents, social works, and the juvenile justice system. This experience gave Aaron insights into the complexities and challenges faced by the youth, and further solidified his commitment to law as a vehicle for positive change.

Aaron commenced his legal education at Marquette University Law School in the fall of 2020. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, he remained dedicated to his studies and attended classes in-person throughout his time in law school. Being deeply connected to the Madison area, Aaron commuted to Milwaukee as many as five time a week to attend classes. While at Marquette, Aaron was actively engaged in various initiatives and student organizations. Notably, Aaron was a member of the founding chapter of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Society.

During his time at law school, Aaron pursued valuable practical experience. He interned for the Honorable Rhonda Lanford at the Dane County Circuit Court, and clerked for Duren Law Offices as well as Corneille Law Group.
