Ken Rubenstein has practiced law in Texas since 1985 and has mediated on a full-time basis since 1993. He has mediated in excess of 7,500 disputes involving personal injury, premises liability, complex business disputes, construction, professional malpractice, employment, real estate and debt collection. Mr. Rubenstein has been named a Super Mediator by Texas Monthly and D Magazine since 2008. His trial experience extends to both the federal and state courts. He has also received appointments as a federal court receiver and frequently serves as a guardian ad litem. Mr. Rubenstein is a humor writer and avid soccer player. Ken and his wife, Lisa, have two children and three dogs. He was honored as Father of the Year by the Y.M.C.A. in 2002.
