James Bradley Eubanks, Esq. (Brad) is a Junior Partner in the Jacksonville office. He has trial experience
in all areas of general civil litigation in both State and Federal Court. Brad’s current areas of practice
include premise liability, automobile negligence, construction defect, commercial trucking and
wrongful death cases. Brad has significant experience handling special investigation matters with
issues involving potential fraud, overbilling, and financial bias. Brad has handled roadway construction
cases with MOT issues that resulted in serious bodily injuries and wrongful death allegations.
Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked as in-house claims counsel for a national insurance company
handling claims disputes, property disputes and making coverage determinations. Brad is an approved
instructor for Florida Adjuster Continuing Education and taught courses to multiple insurance carriers
on various areas of claims handling and litigation. Brad has also worked as a trial attorney for a large
Florida law firm handling auto liability, first party property, slip and falls, PIP claims, fraud investigation,
construction defects and product liability from intake through trial.
Brad obtained his B.S. from Florida State University (2001). Brad is a member of the Phi Sigma Delta
Honor Society and Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Brad obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova
Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law (2005)
Brad is admitted Florida (2006). He is admitted to the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida
(2009). Brad is also admitted to the U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida (2018).
