Scott Haworth has been defending and trying catastrophic injury cases for the past 3 decades. His practice involves the defense of construction, trucking, product liability and general liability matters. Mr. Haworth is retained by insurance carriers on both the primary and excess levels as well as by Fortune 500 companies. He founded Haworth Barber & Gerstman, LLC after serving as an equity partner at a large national firm and prior to that, at a well-known New York-based defense firm.
