Jordan has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation areas including transportation, construction defect, premises liability, legal malpractice, employment practices, insurance defense, complex commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation. Jordan graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and gained experience working in both the Entrepreneurship Clinic and Civil Litigation Clinic while also working for a local civil litigation firm. She served as president of the Nebraska Women’s Law Caucus, was an active member in the Robert Van Pelt American Inn of Court, earned two CALI Awards for excellence in Pre-Trial Litigation and Mediation, and graduated in the top 15% of her class. After law school, Jordan relocated to Idaho and has practiced in the field of insurance defense since that time.
Jordan is an active member of the Idaho Women Lawyers, Nebraska Women’s Leadership Network, and Nebraska Law Mentorship programs. She also volunteers as a judge for the ABA Regional Client Counseling Competition. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors including hiking, kayaking, gardening, and golfing, spending time with her husband, son, and their large family, and attending local sporting events.
