Miguel Archuleta received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Marking, from New Mexico State University. While at New Mexico State University, Mr. Archuleta also obtained his Class A PGA teaching professional certification. Mr. Archuleta graduated with honors from New Mexico State University in 2009. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Mr. Archuleta received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Environmental Law, top honors in Jurisprudence, and was a member of the Latino Law Students Association and Public Interest Law Forum. Mr. Archuleta also served as a junior clerk to the Honorable Edward L. Chavez of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Mr. Archuleta is admitted in state and federal courts in New Mexico. Mr. Archuleta has experience defending a number of clients in complex civil litigation, insurance defense and construction defect litigation. His experience includes successfully arguing motions for summary judgment in both state and federal court, coordinating successful arguments on appeal, negotiating settlements in complex litigations, and deposing fact and expert witnesses. Mr. Archuleta has been named a Southwest Rising Star in Construction Litigation by Super Lawyers in both 2017 and 2018. Mr. Archuleta has also served as a Board of Director for the New Mexico Hispanic Bar Association.
