Patrick M. Boland, Esq., is the Managing Partner in the Fort Myers office. He is a seasoned trial attorney having tried more than a dozen cases to verdict. Patrick focuses his practice on first party property, condominium & homeowners’ association, premises liability, negligent security, sexual misconduct liability, and bad faith matters. He also handles errors & omissions, directors and officers, employment law, civil rights Litigation, and consumer rights cases. Patrick regularly advises clients on mitigating risk/liability exposure, and regularly utilizes alternative dispute resolution, as a means to reach mutually agreeable solutions between opposing parties in litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick worked as general counsel for a Florida corporation handling complex commercial litigation, errors & omissions, directors and officers and employment law matters. He additionally worked for a large Florida insurance defense firm handling first party property, automobile negligence, premises liability, constructions defect, class actions, professional liability, general liability and condominium and homeowners’ cases.
Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts from Florida State University (2008). He obtained his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, graduating cum laude (2011). While in law school, Patrick worked for the Third District Court of Appeals and for the Florida State Committee on the Judiciary for the Florida Senate.
