Benjamin S. Pahl, Esq., is the Co-Managing Partner at the firm’s Stuart office. Benjamin is an experienced trial attorney, having tried cases in both the state and federal court. Ben is the co-chair of the Boating and Maritime practice group. He focuses his practice handling slip and falls, trip and falls, falling objects, foreign substances, defective conditions, roadway construction, code/safety violations on the premises, and negligent hiring matters. Ben also handles defense of homeowners, government entities/agencies, HOAs, insurers, trucking, automobile negligence, admiralty and maritime, premises liability, sexual misconduct and negligent security matters. Ben has experience representing general contractors and subcontractors in construction litigation cases and worker’s compensation defense. The majority of Ben’s cases involve surgical and catastrophic injuries resulting from automobile, boating, premises, roadway construction, and trucking accidents.

Prior to joining the firm, he represented national corporations in the defense of catastrophic claims including wrongful death/survival and complex liability matters. Ben has successfully defended homeowners insurance liability claims, condominium associations, underinsured/uninsured motorist actions, and indemnity claims.

Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Arts from Baldwin Wallace University (2011). During his undergraduate studies, he played football and attended school on a Presidential Merit Scholarship. Benjamin obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law (2014). While attending Law School, he was a member of the Moot Court Board representing his school in numerous moot court competitions.

Benjamin is admitted in Florida (2014). He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern (2016) and Middle (2020) Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (2014).
