George John Veith, Esq. (John), is a member of the construction defect and general liability practice groups in the firm’s Jacksonville office. With more than twenty-five years of complex civil litigation experience, John has tried numerous jury trials to verdict, and has obtained multiple defense verdicts.
Previously, John served as national litigation counsel throughout the United States on behalf of retail and restaurant franchisees, construction companies, self-insured corporations. He has also served as counsel for manufacturers and multiple insurers in the areas of commercial and residential construction and design professional liability. John also handles products liability, dram shop, wrongful death, brain injuries, automobile liability, subrogation, contractual indemnity, bad faith and insurance coverage cases.
John obtained his B.A. from the State University of New York at Potsdam. He earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis. John is admitted to in Minnesota (1993) and to the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota (1994). He is also admitted in Wisconsin (2008). John is admitted in Florida (2020). He is further admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Central Illinois (1999). John is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit (2004).
