Samantha Cornell represents clients in the defense of litigation matters involving product liability, property damage, construction accidents and general negligence matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cornell served as a litigation associate representing clients in insurance defense matters with a focus on medical malpractice and general liability matters.
Ms. Cornell graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University where she was an executive board member for the Fordham Health Education Advocacy and Law Society and a member of the Urban Policy and Legislative Advocacy Clinic. Ms. Cornell has interned with the Quality and Risk Management division of San Francisco General Hospital and with the Hon. Melvin Schweitzer, New York State Supreme Court. Samantha L. Cornell is an associate specializing in medical malpractice defense.
