Anthony Merendino is the Co-Managing Partner of the firm’s Orlando office and leads the litigation team for that venue. He has been practicing law for 20+ years. Anthony concentrates his practices in premises liability, negligent security, motor vehicle accidents, general liability, construction claims, catastrophic claims involving fire and water losses and product liability matters. He also handles subrogation matters, and when necessary will go to trial to recover those amounts. Anthony may also assist in evaluating the likelihood of recovering a judgment from responsible third parties. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida. He holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Anthony is admitted in Florida (2001) and to the United States District Court for Southern, Middle and Northern Districts. He is also admitted in United States Tax Court, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
