Jason Caron, Esq., is a Senior Partner in the firm’s Boston, Massachusetts office. He has over 25 years of litigation experience representing hundreds of diverse clients, from high profile national and multinational companies to “mom and pop” businesses and individuals. Jason has handled at least 7 civil trials and 15 criminal trials. He specializes in complex products liability, premises liability and land use litigation, with representative clients including Sears Roebuck and Co., Genuine Parts Company, NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, and CBC/Westinghouse. Jason has made hundreds of appearances at depositions, court hearings, trials and mediations, and has argued appellate proceedings in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and before the Maine Supreme Court.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jason has extensive experience in transactional real estate law, specializing in commercial real estate leasing. He has negotiated and drafted hundreds of leases for a wide range of properties, including construction ground leases, shopping centers, restaurants, schools, industrial properties, biotech and medical facilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Jason was a Managing Partner at a national products liability defense litigation firm. He also previously served as in-house counsel for a commercial real estate development company and as litigation associate at an A.M. Law 200 Boston law firm.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College (1994). He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center (1997).
