Paul Seward is an associate in Phillips, McLaughlin & Hall, P.A.’s litigation department. After graduating law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard F. Stokes in the Superior Court of Delaware. Before moving into private practice, Mr. Seward worked at the Delaware Department of Justice as a Deputy Attorney General, where he gained valuable trial experience. He joined PMH in 2018, and his practice includes defending large and small corporations and businesses, insurance companies, and individuals. He specializes in civil litigation, including toxic tort, insurance coverage, and commercial disputes. He was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware and attended the University of Delaware, graduating in 2009. He graduated from Delaware Law School in 2015.
