Mr. Miles has mediated over two thousand cases. These cases have involved disputes in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, insurance, construction, estates, fiduciary, contracts, commercial, business, employment and subrogation. Mr. Miles is an AV rated attorney (preeminent). He is a frequent speaker on dispute resolution at colleges and CLE seminars. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is registered as a neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. 2008 Nominated by his peers for membership in the Georgia Academy of Mediators and Arbitrators, an association recognizing the top 5% of mediators in the state. Mr. Miles and his wife, Jamie, live in Madison, Georgia with their three children: Jake, Hannah Kate and Joe.
