Audra M. Bryant, Esq., is a Junior Partner in the Tallahassee office. She is an experienced trial and
appellate attorney. Audra has previously handled automobile negligence cases involving significant
bodily injury claims, UM/UIM claims, dismemberment claims, wrongful death and bad-faith claims.
She has also handled premises liability claims involving foreign substances, slip and falls, and trip
and falls. She further handled negligent security cases involving parking lot assaults, inadequate
lighting, robberies, attempted robberies and shootings. Audra has handled numerous construction
defect claims involving condominium buildings with numerous contractors involved.
Audra previously ran the appellate department for multiple offices for an insurance defense firm. In
this role, she was responsible for drafting appellate briefs, motions and handling oral arguments.
Audra also previously worked for the State of Florida as a Children Legal Services attorney securing
the safety of abused, abandoned and neglected children. While there she successfully tried
numerous dependency and termination of parental rights cases. Additionally, Audra trained and
supervised Child Welfare Legal Services attorneys in surrounding counties. Audra further served the
community as an attorney ad litem advocating for dependent children in the foster care system.
Audra has experience handling professional liability and employment matters wherein she
defended licensed professionals, employers, school leaders and others. She has also handled discrimination cases led with the FCHR/EEOC. Audra previously specialized in the handling workers'
compensation defense matters.
Audra earned a B.S. from Florida State University (2002). She obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida
State University (2004). Audra is admitted in Florida (2005). She is also admitted to the United States
District Courts for the Northern (2009) and Middle (2016) Districts of Florida. Audra is admitted to the
United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (2016).
