Christopher Soelling is a full-time mediator and arbitrator. He practiced 20 years as a construction, commercial, and real estate trial lawyer with Short, Cressman, & Burgess, PLLC where he represented suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors, developers, private owners, and public entities in contract drafting, claim preparation, claim negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. As an arbitrator, Chris has first hand experience both prosecuting and defending construction claims. Chris has also mediated hundreds of cases, from simple home remodeling disputes to multi-party claims involving bridges, water lines, condominiums, and office towers.
