With more than 25 years experience in civil litigation and over 20 years of experience providing mediation services, Jim Nulman offers the insight, knowledge and commitment to finding solutions in the arena of alternative dispute resolution.
Jim Nulman began mediating in the early 1990s. In 1995, he became certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and, in 1997, he became a certified U.S. District Court Mediator for the Middle District of Florida.

In addition to two-party mediations, he frequently handles multi-party mediations involving as many as twenty or more parties. While based in Southwest Florida, Jim mediates throughout the state of Florida. Conducting more than 200 mediations a year, Jim’s practice covers a wide range of civil disputes.
