With more than 25 years experience in civil litigation and over 20 years of experience providing mediation services, Jim Nulman offers the insight, knowledge and commitment to finding solutions in the arena of alternative dispute resolution.

Jim Nulman began mediating in the early 1990s. In 1995, he became certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and, in 1997, he became a certified U.S. District Court Mediator for the Middle District of Florida.

In April 2006, he established Nulman Mediation Services, Inc., a practice dedicated solely to providing mediation and arbitration services. Today, he mediates all manner of cases, regardless of their procedural posture. Jim mediates pre-suit disputes, active litigation matters (both court ordered and voluntary), post judgment issues, and disputes in which an appeal is pending. In addition to two-party mediations, he frequently handles multi-party mediations involving as many as twenty or more parties. While based in Southwest Florida, Jim mediates throughout the state of Florida. Conducting more than 200 mediations a year, Jim’s practice covers a wide range of civil disputes.
