Kevin is an experienced litigator in the areas of insurance defense, MASS TORT, commercial vehicle and trucking accidents, personal injury, governmental defense, and municipal law. Kevin has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts, and also achieved success in both state and federal appellate courts.
After graduating from Purdue University in 1996, Kevin worked in management for multiple restaurant and casino corporations. He then earned a Juris Doctor in 2003 from the University of Mississippi.
Kevin is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts of Mississippi and Louisiana, the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. In 2020, Kevin was recognized by his peers as AV Preeminent in the Martindale-Hubbell rankings for the highest level of professional excellence and ethical standards.
