Matthew D. Kurudza is an associate at Lindner & Marsack, S.C., whose practice focuses on defending worker’s compensation claims throughout Wisconsin. Mr. Kurudza has a wide range of experience, having represented major corporations, small businesses, insurance companies, and self-insured employers.
Prior to joining Lindner & Marsack, S.C., Mr. Kurudza gained extensive experience in a similar role at McManus & Associates LLC. He also previously worked as in-house counsel for an international importer.
In addition to his work experience, Mr. Kurudza recently served on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association, has hosted seminars for employers and insurance companies, and has written and presented on current developments in the realm of worker’s compensation.
Mr. Kurudza received his law degree from Marquette University Law School and his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. While attending the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Mr. Kurudza was a member of the school’s football team, winning national championships in both 2007 and 2009. While in law school, Mr. Kurudza worked as a paralegal for mid-sized creditor’s rights firm in Milwaukee, working through the day and attending class at night.
Mr. Kurudza is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorney’s (WAWCA), and the Milwaukee Insurance Adjusters Association.
