Prior to joining J.S. Held in 2021, John Bell was an Owner and Chair of the Board of Coloney Bell Engineering, specializing in failure analysis, construction/building defects, vehicular collision analysis/reconstruction, and fire and explosion investigation and analysis. He has testified as an expert witness in state and federal court. John spent 12 years in traditional civil/environmental engineering, designing and overseeing the construction of water and wastewater facilities. John graduated from the University of Florida and has over 25 years of engineering experience. A licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and South Carolina, John is certified by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying.
