Bryan practices in civil, administrative, and appellate litigation, primarily in the areas of insurance coverage (including bad faith and extracontractual liability), professional liability, commercial litigation, class action defense, and product liability. Additionally, Bryan has extensive experience in federal court, primarily in Section 1983 and antitrust actions.
In addition to his work with the firm, Bryan also currently serves on the 4th District Magistrates Commission and the Idaho State Bar Appellate Section Governing Council, as well as on the Selective Service System District Appeal Board for the state of Idaho. Bryan is admitted to all state courts in Idaho, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Bryan is also currently just one of two attorneys recognized in Idaho as a SuperLawyer in the primary practice area of insurance coverage. Bryan is also a prolific writer and speaker on various Idaho law subjects.
A Moscow High School graduate and double Vandal with deep ties to Idaho, Bryan likes to spend his spare time galumphing about Idaho’s outdoors, musing about getting a project car, and hitting up the local music scene.
