Lisa McLaughlin is the Managing Partner of Phillips McLaughlin & Hall with over 29 years of trial litigation experience. She is rated AV Preeminent Judicial Edition by Martindale Hubbell.
Lisa joined the firm as an attorney in 1992 and since that time has been recognized as America’s Top 100 Attorneys, and as a Fellow by the Litigation Counsel of America.
Her practice includes defending large and small corporations and businesses, insurance companies and individuals. She specializes in civil litigation including toxic tort, automobile liability, insurance coverage and commercial disputes. She is an experienced trial attorney admitted to state and federal courts in Delaware and Maryland as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit.
Born and raised in Delaware, Lisa attended college at the University of Delaware, graduating cum laude in 1987. She graduated from Widener University Law School in 1992.
