He has been practicing law since 1999 and is admitted in Florida state and federal courts. William has litigated fraudulent insurance claims involving policyholders and/or medical providers, as well as in coverage actions for property loss claims and PIP defense. Bill is a 1994 graduate of Muhlenberg College and obtained his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, J.D. in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida (2002), U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the State of New York (1999). He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Judicial Select & Tenure Committee of the Broward County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. William is also an approved instructor for Florida Adjuster Continuing Education.
